Our Promise

We want you to love your BareShe Belt. If it doesn't deliver the relief you've been looking for, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility

We accept returns on the BareShe Period Relief Belt within 30 days of delivery. The belt must be in working condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on belts that show significant wear or damage from improper use.

How To Start A Return

Email us at hello@bareshe.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation the moment your refund is issued.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your belt arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@bareshe.co with a photo of your order. We'll send a replacement or refund right away. No long forms, no runaround.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or accessory, simply return your unused belt and place a new order.
